1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Domestic Shipping: 5-10 working days
International Shipping: 7-10 working days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
ANIMAL LOVER is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages
ANIMAL LOVER is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us within 3 days with your order number and photos of the damage.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
Check with neighbors or household members
Contact the shipping carrier

We will assist you to the best of our ability, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
